Sterling Group is the representative organization of 24 leading universities of technology in the UK.  Since its establishment, this organization has carried out its annual program of delivering lectures in many countries. UT-HCMC is one of the 9 universities in Ho Chi Minh City selected by Sterling Group for this year’s program.  Through such topics as “The deflection of reinforced concrete beam: whether the codes pre-established are accurate?” (for students of civil engineering), “The future of electronics: break the speed barrier” and (for students of electronics and telecommunications) and “virtual man” (for students of IT); professors from University of Leeds,  Newcastle University gave the students informative and valuable lectures.

Students have chances to improve their professional knowledge

Each lecture by Sterling professors attracted a lot of attention from numerous students in professional faculties. Students were provided with documents and lesson assessment papers in each lecture. This is a good opportunity for students of UT-HCMC to enrich their professional knowledge beside their teachers’ lessons at school.
